RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are provided to the recipient as is. Items will be delivered as ordered. If an item is damaged, we will accept a return for an exchange, provided the item is returned within three(3) days from receipt date of the shipment
Conditions: Products must be in sellable, like new condition and include all original materials. All products will be inspected before being accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Homestead Ranch. All refunds must be approved by Homestead Ranch before being received.
Non-Refundable Products: The cost of shipping cannot be recovered from shipping providers and is not refundable. Opened, unsealed or used Products cannot be resold are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Receiving Your Refund: Once your returned product is received, inspected and approved, any refund amount will be processed to the credit card used in the original purchase within 5 business days. It often takes credit card issuers 3-5 additional business days to post the money to your account.

The item should be taken to your local packaging store to assure proper mailing procedures. Please be certain to include the following information:

Once your Product is received, inspected and approved, we will issue an exchange order within 10 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You will be notified of your order progress by email.
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days.

Order cancellations must be placed by 2PM EST the day the package is slated to ship. At that time your money will be refunded. Orders cancelled after that time period will be shipped and your account will remain charged until/if the item/s is/are returned.
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If there's no visible damage on the outside of the box, but when you open it, the contents are damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order to place a claim. The shipping carrier who delivered your package might need to come to your home to inspect the damaged order, so please keep all boxes, packaging materials, and product intact if you want to process a claim.
